CPR
“CPR is inherently inefficient; it provides only 10% to 30% of normal blood flow to the heart and 30% to 40% of normal blood flow to the brain even when delivered according to guidelines. This inefficiency highlights the need for trained rescuers to deliver the highest-quality CPR possible.”
HSI Training
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have partnered with the Health and Safety Institute to provide a remote CPR and AED certification course. Complete with a manikin and a training AED kit, the course is taken via a videoconference and guided by an HSI instructor. Once the course has been completed, you will receive your certification and ship back the training supplies, making CPR and AED knowledge accessible even in the midst of a pandemic.

In-person training
We teach full CPR and AED training and certification adhering to the American Heart Association course. Our classes contain hands-on CPR and AED practice, preparing participants for real-life situations and answering all questions to ensure full comprehension. Upon completion of the 2-hour session, a certification card will be granted from the AHA and participants will leave capable of performing CPR/AED skills in a potential SCA event.
